Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Ads Marketing Manager to work for our client in the entertainment industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 3 months

Location: NYC (Onsite M-Th, Remote Fri) 9:00am to 5:30pm

Pay Range: 66-71/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and participate in brainstorm meetings with internal stakeholders to develop innovative, revenue-generating advertiser activations aligned with the company’s geotargeted media strategy.
• Assist with the RFP response process and proactive ideation to create strategic, cross-platform integrated brand solutions.
• Build visually compelling, client-facing presentations and one-sheets in response to proactive and reactive sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Station leadership, and Entertainment/Sports/Streaming Solutions teams to vet and secure necessary approvals for proposed marketing solutions.
• Clearly present and pitch marketing concepts to clients and internal teams, effectively linking proposals to advertiser goals and campaign objectives.
• Support campaign activation by managing timelines, collecting and trafficking assets, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with Legal for deal agreements and creative approvals.
• Curate detailed campaign recaps and ensure smooth execution and delivery of all final campaign elements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, and/or business development experience, within the Entertainment, Sports, Digital or Social arena, e.g. at a television station/network, digital/social platform or promotional/media agency
• Demonstrated knowledge of integrated marketing tools/tactics to develop, plan, produce and activate revenue-driving, results-driven multiplatform campaigns/events from start to finish
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Experience with creation of presentation decks and one-sheets
• Skilled in seamless project management and campaign activation with utmost attention to detail
• Skilled in complex problem solving and issue-resolution, with ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven ecosystem
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
