Mastercraft Floor Covering is hiring experienced, driven carpet installers who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and a job done right.

We specialize in commercial patterned carpet installations in luxury hotels and casinos across the U.S.-and sometimes beyond. From the Hard Rock to Hilton properties, our work is seen by thousands and built to last.

What You'll Do:

Install high-end patterned carpet in commercial environments
Travel nationwide (and occasionally internationally) to job sites
Work 6+ week stretches on location, sharing hotel accommodations
Maintain a clean, professional, and detail-driven installation standard

What You Need:

Proven experience in commercial carpet installation (pattern matching preferred)
Your own complete set of installation tools
Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Passport a plus (international projects possible)
Resume with 2-3 work references (include name, company, job title, and phone number)

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:
10 hour shift
12 hour shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Night shift
Overnight shift
Overtime
Weekends as needed

Experience:
commercial carpet installation: 2 years (Required)
carpet installation: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:
Real Driver's License (Required)
passport (Required)

Willingness to travel:
