We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley **Position Overview:** Serves as a senior subject matter expert in clinical, operational, and financial analytics, leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level data solutions that drive strategic decision-making, clinical transformation, operational excellence and capabilities to meet regulatory requirements with greater efficiency. Partners with executive stakeholders to define analytic priorities, translate complex data into actionable insights, guide the development of scalable reporting frameworks, and complete submission of mandated quality data. Mentors team members and contributes to the evolution of data governance, quality improvement, and digital innovation across the organization. Leads the development of advanced analytics solutions that integrate clinical, operational, and financial data to support enterprise-wide care performance improvement Serves as a subject matter expert on regulatory reporting, advising clinical, operational, and executive leaders on compliance strategies and performance optimization. Proactively identifies need for changes to workflow, data processes, and/or system modifications to improve care and better meet government regulations. Designs and oversees the implementation of predictive models, risk stratification tools, and scenario analyses to support population health, cost containment, and quality initiatives. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. + Bachelor's in Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Healthcare Management or related field **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** + 8 years recent relevant experience **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** **:** + Extensive knowledge of healthcare delivery across the continuum of care. + Extensive knowledge of the various data sources available for quality management reporting and analysis. + Understands medical/clinical data and terminologies, and medical records coding Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and Internationa + Classification of Diseases (ICD). + Knowledge of current issues and trends in health care delivery/operations. + Knowledge and application of quality performance/process improvement methodologies e.g., Lean/Six Sigma, Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), Rapid Cycle, etc. + Quantitative skills with the ability to compute and use statistical calculations. + Advanced technical skills to integrate data/information to produce complex/advanced reports and analysis according to user requirements and specifications. + Critical thinking with the ability to analyze and interpret healthcare statistical and quality data, and recognize, research, and resolve questionable data or information anomalies. + Efficient organization skills and attention to detail. + Ability to define and highlight the critical pieces behind issues, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. + Displays an extreme level of customer service focus in all decisions and actions. + Ability to prioritize workload to complete assignments accurately and timely, on a consistently independent basis. + Ability to efficiently communicate through verbal and written means, especially technical concepts. + Ability to interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties. Pay Range is $58.95 to $88.43 / hour. Texas Pay Range is $53.06 to $79.59 / hour. _The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package._ _​_
