EMR is   seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Custodian to join our team. The Office Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of offices, restrooms, and shared spaces within the Victor Building. This role requires someone with prior custodial experience who can work both independently and as part of a team, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday 3pm to 1130pm  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas .  

• Empty trash cans in all designated areas.  

• Notify the supervisor when cleaning supplies need to be restocked.  

• Report any broken or damaged equipment for repair or replacement.  

• Complete other custodial tasks as assigned.  

Required Skills and Abilities:  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.  

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.  

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.  

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.  

Education and Experience:  

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.  

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a custodial or janitorial role.  

• Solid understanding of cleaning practices, procedures, and safety protocols.  

Pay rate: $16 – 17/ hr
