Leadership Role – Personal Training Sales & Team Operations (Anytime Fitness Tarzana)

Compensation: Base hourly + $50–$250 commission per sale.

Hours: Part-time with growth potential for full-time with the right candidate.

You’ll start as a Personal Training Assistant but function as a team lead, sales closer, and operations point-person, directly influencing revenue and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help oversee the personal training and front desk team.
• Track PT sessions, lead conversion, and trainer performance in Club OS.
• Lead or assist in personal training consultations and close high-value packages.
• Keep the team aligned with expectations (appearance, timeliness, session delivery).
• Communicate regularly with gym ownership on KPIs, team challenges, and wins.
• Help ensure systems are followed and clients are receiving value.

Compensation:

• Base hourly pay.
• $50-$250 commission per personal training sale.
• Your income reflects what the club earns, this is a performance-driven role with real financial upside.
• Additional hours and leadership responsibilities are awarded as ROI and results grow.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who takes ownership, not just direction.

• Strong interest or background in fitness, kinesiology, or gym operations.
• Organized and assertive — you don't need to be told twice to take initiative.
• Bonus: experience in sales, personal training, coaching, or customer service.
