YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic leader within frog’s CX Transformation team , which focuses on the Activation & Enablement of CX at scale. This leader will drive our efforts to build capabilities in CX Platform Advisory , with experience in leading and creating go-to-market offerings and building teams for Advisory & CX Consulting, especially with focus on the Adobe platform suite , and with a proven ability to both sell and deliver innovative solutions in this space.
You will:
Define an industry-leading, competitive go-to-market offering for Advisory services around CX platforms that complements Invent/frog’s existing go-to-market offerings and deliver impactful solutions that improve ROI and enable their marketing strategies, whether focused on productivity, optimization, or engagement.
Lead and evangelize the sales of these offerings from lead acquisition through qualification, proposal development and sale closure, directly driving CMO/CDO/CIO/CXO conversations and guiding a team to facilitate the sales process.
Hire, build and shape a team to aid in the sales and delivery of CX Advisory programs, participating in the recruiting and hiring effort to cultivate a team that matches both the skills and cultural needs to deliver this work and thrive as a part of frog.
Oversee and guide teams delivering CX Platform Advisory programs, providing executive leadership, facing off with senior client stakeholders and buyers, and providing expertise, proven approaches, and hands-on team guidance to deliver programs successfully and on-budget.
Build a bridge between a future experience and the platforms needed to deliver these experiences.
Understand CX, marketing and sales capabilities to support a client in transforming how they work and build CX capabilities of the future. You have a deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem that clients work with (agencies, tech partners, etc) and are able to anticipate strategic shifts in this ecosystem.
Help organizations unlock the potential of AI by defining pilots, scaling approaches, and embedding AI into their marketing & CX practices.
Advise tier-one organizations at the cutting edge of the industry, delivering and embedding CX platform capabilities alongside supporting processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.
Provide objective insights into the strengths and weaknesses of products, tools, and approaches to activate and enable CX strategies.
Have experience in working with products across the Adobe experience cloud and with their emerging GenAI products.
Drive relationships across Capgemini’s Industry Sales Team and Adobe partnership teams.
Lead & develop thought leadership around CX Transformation and Platform Advisory that build frog’s market eminence on this topic.
Ensure you and your team remain informed of best practices, emerging technology trends, and innovations in digital media, data integration, data platforms, marketing automation, digital asset management, content management, and social media.
Build a network within frog and the broader Capgemini group to champion CX Platform Advisory offerings and support account growth.
Work with clients from any industry (Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Media, Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Automotive, etc).
YOUR PROFILE
Degree educated or equivalent
Minimum 12 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy environment, including a consultative sales pursuits and offer development
Deep and broad experience in enabling CX at scale, especially utilizing CX platforms, MarTech and AdTech
Understand how to turn a set of business objectives into capabilities and mapping those capabilities to technical solutions
Drive relationships with Capgemini’s Industry Sales Teams and the Adobe channel to negotiate terms
Significant experience in CX advisory/platforms in an agency, design, or consulting setting, with knowledge of and exposure to innovation frameworks, CX design & design thinking, and/or product management.
A minimum of 8 years’ experience relevant to CX advisory and platforms in an agency, design, and consulting settings, with significant depth in at least one of the following areas: Broad full stack marketing technology providers such as Google, Adobe and Salesforce across any of their product suite – with depth in Adobe.
Customer Data Platforms and marketing orchestration platforms such as Tealium, Aprimo, Twilio or ActionIQ.
Content and product management systems web content management such as Workfront, Aha!, Jira, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful & Drupal.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $180,000 - $220,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
