As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with Headway, you will launch or grow a private practice supported by a network that simplifies insurance processes and administrative tasks. You'll have the flexibility to set your hours and choose between in-person or telehealth sessions, while Headway provides marketing support and referrals to help expand your client base. This opportunity aims to improve access to mental health care by offering clinicians the tools needed to thrive in a modern healthcare environment.

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Wage: Between $90-$120 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
