Job Description

Location: Hybrid — Candidates must be available to attend 2–3 in-person meetings per week at our office in The Woodlands, TX.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000, commensurate with experience.

Position Overview: As a Marketing Project Manager at Harmony Marketing, you will play a key leadership role in managing a portfolio of 8–12 client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact. This position blends strategic project management with creative oversight and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external teams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across content creation, video production, social media, and ad campaign management.

You will lead project timelines from concept through delivery—overseeing content approvals, launching and managing Meta ad campaigns (with bonus points for experience in LinkedIn ads), and posting content across platforms. You’ll also collaborate closely with contractors including writers, videographers, and editors to maintain brand consistency and performance excellence.

In addition to remote collaboration, this role may involve directing on-site video productions, where you will creatively guide both clients and videographers to produce compelling, high-converting social media content. You'll also be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly performance reports and ensuring that all aspects of the client experience run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for 10-15 clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and onboarding new clients.
  • Project Management : Manage project timelines and workflows for content creation, video filming, and editing to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Content Creation : May be asked to assist in writing compelling content with the help of AI tools, ensuring all work is on-brand and client-approved before delivery.
  • Ad Campaigns & Social Media : Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns, ensuring high performance across all platforms. Knowledge of LinkedIn ad campaigns is a plus.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with writers, editors, videographers, and other contractors to ensure work meets quality standards and is completed on schedule.
  • Reporting : Generate and present monthly reports on social media and ad performance to clients.
  • Production Management : Opportunity to lead on-site video productions by directing both clients and videographers. This role involves applying creative, on-the-spot decision-making to produce compelling, high-converting content that aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Support & Training (future) : Help onboard future project managers and offer ongoing support to ensure client and internal team success.

Qualifications:
  • Experience : At least 2 years of project management experience, or a similar role where you’ve managed people and projects simultaneously.
  • Skills :
  • Preferred experience in Meta Ads, Meta Business Suite, and GoHighLevel (bonus points for experience with LinkedIn Ad Campaigns and Google Business Profile Management).
  • Bonus for experience with ClickUp (our task management tool). 
  • Strong content creation and AI prompting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to lead a team of creative professionals and contractors.
