We are a locally owned team that serves the surrounding community with electrical, standby generator, and HVAC services. What you’ll do:

• Coordinate generator installations and HVAC projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Provide an excellent first impression with customer interactions that include incoming calls, scheduling service work and appointments, and email communications.
• Partner with the installation and field service teams on current and upcoming projects, utilities, local inspection authorities, and contracts.
• Utilize internal software that includes client relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as learn new programs.
• Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow-ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction.

What you’ll bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience within customer service.
• Proven knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades.
• Experience with contract and technical terminology throughout various municipalities.
• Computer savvy, as you'll coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet, and client relationship management (CRM) software.
