Job Description

We are looking for an office manager for a well-established company in downtown Greenville. The ideal candidate will be professional, have previous administrative experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer payments, bank deposits, accounts payable, payroll processing (including benefits), and vendor relationships
  • Manage phones, greet clients, maintain a professional office environment, oversee breakroom supplies, and coordinate meetings and events
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the third-party IT provider, addressing daily tech issues and maintaining office equipment
  • Lead onboarding for new hires, ensure completion of required documentation, and support general HR processes
  • Oversee the tax return process, prepare engagement materials, manage digital document workflows, and ensure proper scanning and organization

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of office administration experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

Compensation:

  • $55-65k, depending on experience
