Job Description-

rSTAR Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-scale initiatives for our client, APS. This is a strategic role that involves cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end program delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical program management experience, a background in managing enterprise technology projects, and a track record of delivering results in complex environments.

Years of experience: - 8+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs with multiple project workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional teams, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication protocols.
• Ensure alignment with client goals and business outcomes.

• Drive continuous improvement in program execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Facilitate agile or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.

Qualification & skills :-

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong program/project management experience in enterprise IT or consulting environments .
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and executive reporting .
• Experience in managing cross-functional global teams .
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
• PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills .
• Experience in manufacturing or high-tech industries preferred.
• Experience with Building & deploying custom Al solutions.
