**Position Purpose:** Perform ongoing measurement, analysis, and monitoring of business process and member outcomes data sets.
+ Develop and update quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports including analysis and narrative for NCQA accreditation and Health Plan deliverables
+ Perform other performance and process improvement activities as needed
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Complies with all policies and standards
**Candidates should reside in Pacific Time Zone**
**Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or related field. 2+ of performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement experience. Experience in public sector managed care/managed behavioral health care preferred. Experience with standard statistics software preferred. Intermediate Excel experience. Data Analysis experience preferred.
**License/Certification:** Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
Pay Range: $26.50 - $47.59 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
