The Real Estate Development Analyst II-CPO is responsible for supporting the evaluation, analysis, and execution of real estate development projects for the CPO Program. The role involves conducting market portfolio and site review, financial modeling, feasibility studies, and due diligence for potential investments. The analyst will work closely with the development team to ensure project viability, financial performance, and alignment with company objectives.
This role requires ability to coordinate high transaction volume, a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of real estate and land use principles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Prior experience in real estate development, land acquisition, property valuation or Electric(EV) charging is advantageous.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, Economics, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Travel: 15-20%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
