The Robotics Supply Chain organization sources a portfolio of robotics technology and is responsible for getting the right materials to the right place at the right time to support our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. It’s an operation that works cross-functionally with teams across Amazon globally, and is driven by data and metrics. The Supply Chain team is seeking an experienced Supply Chain planner to manage the timely and efficient material delivery to AR sites by managing schedules and addressing supply chain constraints. This role will own end to end supply planning of a portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand fluctuations, resolve delivery challenges, and communicate risks to stakeholders. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Key job responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain planning of assigned AR solutions portfolio, ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet project requirements.
• Identify supply chain risks, implement mitigation strategies, and communicate potential disruptions to stakeholders.
• Support supply chain delivery performance by tracking key metrics, addressing constraints, and working with stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct timely risk assessments and provide updates to stakeholders, outlining risks and proposed plans to achieve supply stability.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Hardware Engineering, Logistics, Commodity Management, and Purchasing teams to evaluate and communicate the impact of changes to the demand and supply plan.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
