Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect
Location San Jose, CA (HYBRID) JD Summary
The person need not do hands on coding . However, he must have Enterprise level experience and coding background in the past so that he can do 2 things
Translate the business requirement to developers and help them when they have an issue
Talk to business understand their ask, explain why something is not doable and offer alternatives to solve the problem at hand
Must be very good in articulating and explaining things
Enterprise level Salesforce experience
Strong development skills in the past
Hands-on Experience in API and Integration in the past
Having Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems.

- Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are required.
- Experience with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or E-commerce is a plus.
