Local Boy Outfitters is a leading apparel company specializing in screen-printed t-shirts and hoodies. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality printed designs using the latest technology. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Print Operator to join our production team.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of screen-printing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain screen-printing equipment.
• Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting prints for accuracy, alignment, and color consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Screen Print Operator in an apparel or printing environment (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of screen-printing techniques, equipment, and inks.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and design specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
