ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team!

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to support our digital growth initiatives across a portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing digital channels and executing optimization strategies. Experience and understanding of lead-generation best practices in B2B and/or SaaS environments is highly desirable.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will:
  • Plan and execute content across core social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, etc.) 
  • Report on channel performance and optimize social media strategies to support business objectives. 
  • Develop experimental strategies and tactics to continually test, learn and optimize performance. 
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation team on a Website Optimization roadmap 
  • Run optimization projects and work with content, design, and development teams to launch a/b tests. 
  • Monitor and report on active experiments. 
  • Summarize experiment learnings to develop future roadmap initiatives.
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversions across applicable channels and report on trends and opportunities. 
  • Present actionable insights to help improve marketing campaign performance and user experience. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

A great fit for this position has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on social media and website optimization. 
  • Experience with website A/B testing and experimentation tools, particularly Optimizely VWO . 
  • Experience with HubSpot CMS a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. 
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS a plus.
