This role is for our San Jose, CA office and is hybrid. Reporting to the Manager, Product Design, you will be responsible for: + Leading end-to-end product designs across multiple products and creating experiences that delight customers + Developing scalable and flexible global design guidelines to ensure consistent user interfaces as our product portfolio grows + Rapidly visualizing and prototyping multiple product directions, validating hypotheses, and understanding business and technical impacts + Driving innovation in experience design by applying best practices and deep user understanding through research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests + Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive experience across all channels **What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)** + 8+ years of UX and/or Product Design experience, including at least 5 years designing for enterprise or B2B domains + Demonstrated track record of shipping world-class product designs using Figma, Sketch, or comparable tools, with a focus on creating simple, intuitive solutions for complex problems + Strong visual design skills with expertise in creating pixel-perfect, high-fidelity designs and contributing to Design Systems + U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role + Deep understanding of technical limitations and front-end development practices, such as HTML, CSS, and JS frameworks, and ability to present a UX Design portfolio, case studies, anonymized work samples, or presentations **What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** + Experience designing analytical interfaces + Familiarity with IT/Cloud Security field \#LI-Hybrid \#LI-CM3 Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
