We are looking for a dedicated Wellness Coach to join Lakepoint Wichita's team. As a Wellness Coach, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being among our clients. Your primary focus will be on providing guidance, support, and motivation to individuals striving to improve their overall wellness. This position is vital in helping our clients achieve their health goals and lead healthier lifestyles.

As a Wellness Coach at Lakepoint Wichita, you will be involved in designing and implementing personalized wellness programs, conducting health assessments, and offering one-on-one coaching sessions. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects aimed at enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our clients. This role requires a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and empower others to make positive lifestyle changes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments to identify clients' wellness needs and goals.
• Create personalized wellness plans tailored to each client's objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients through coaching sessions.
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to wellness plans as needed.
• Deliver educational workshops and seminars on various health and wellness topics.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Motivate and empower clients to adopt healthy habits and behaviors.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in a related field such as Health Coaching, Nutrition, or Exercise Science.
• Proven experience in wellness coaching or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their wellness goals.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in wellness coaching is a plus.
• Passion for helping others improve their well-being.
